Caterpillar ID please - broad yellow stripe+tuft+hair

Help please, I have a very hungry caterpillar, found on my shirt in garden - need ID to know what plant to put him back on!!

looks like grey dagger moth caterpillar, eats mostly fruit trees n i found them recently on Rowan, willow and sallow.

Yup, that looks like him - thanks.
I've put him in a jar with some leaves of Rowan, Apple, Cherry, Ash and Hawthorn to see what he likes best but although he goes to eat at the edge he gives up - wonder if leaves are too old and hard for him - I've torn some up now - anything you can think of that would be softer at this time of year??
