| | | Todflax Brocade Caterpillar? Hi,
I am 99% certain on this ID, I found a few of these on some toadflax (funnily enough). The pattern is quite distinctive but I am often caught out that way and would like to confirm before I add to the Gallery.
I see from my books the range is quite limited is it worth reporting the find?

| | Re: Todflax Brocade Caterpillar? Sure is! This used to be restricted to the south coast, but I find some of these larvae each year in my London suburbs garden on Purple Toadflax ( a couple seen this week). Have recorded them for c5 years now. |

| | | Re: Todflax Brocade Caterpillar? Thanks, this was one of about 10 on Common Toadflax. I then found three more on the purple toadflax
