Hello, I wondered please if anyone could identify my little leaf munchers. They are eating though an unknown plant that looks a little like a sprout! (It must have been a seed from the bird table)
I am more than happy that they like the taste, as all my other plants especially the sunflowers are untouched

p.s. I did look through all the Gallery, but I didn't find a match

Think they might be caterpillars of the Large White butterfly. Not 100% sure though as I'm no caterpillar expert |

These are large white butterfly larvae, more commonly known as the cabbage white.

yes they most certainly are large white caterpillars!!!! |
