| | 10 baby caterpillars!!! i have 10 newly hatched white plumes!!!, what would be the best way to make sure the pupate and therefor, be releases into the wild?
tips will be much appreciated |

| | | Re: 10 baby caterpillars!!! um well the caterpillars eat hedge bindweed (google images) and the pupa dont hang they stick to a vertical surface so get a pot put sime soil on the bottom. appply bindweed and caterpillars and change food 3 times a day!!!! let them pupate on the walls then when the pupa takes on colour put some twigs into the pot so that they can dry out when they emerge. put cling film over if you want to see the moths and take a pic or leave outside to fly away!!!! |

But 3 times a day? y?? theyr so small the holes they make r barely visable. i have some tights over the lid, to reduce condensation but keep them contained.
