| | | Caterpillar I.D Please Hello,
Can anyone identify this caterpillar for me? I have been looking in books but am not certain about any matches. It is bright green with sparse hairs and delicate white patterning and is about 3cm long at the moment I think. I found it in a vase of trailing petunias in the house.
Thank you,
Catherine |

| | | Re: Caterpillar I.D Please With the configuration of prolegs (the suckery ones, not the grabby ones at the front) and the time of year, I would be inclined to suggest that it is a Silver Y moth caterpillar...in my humble opinion! |
