Feel I know what this is but it escapes me.
Had a few appear on clothing when I've been lurking in the shrubs at the side of the house

Looks like a froghopper, possibly Philaenus spumarius, nymph- normally these are concealed in "cuckoo-spit". |

That would definitely fit as there is loads of cuckoo-spit on the shrubs.
Never really knew what lived in it but I do now
