| | | Larva with long caddis-like case Stockgrove Country Park, Beds. On fence separating coniferous woods from meadowland.
Size is ~7mm when body extended as in first pic.

Did some surfing and came across this pic of th Lichen Case-Bearer Dahlica lichenella on the UK Moths website: http://ukmoths.org.uk/show.php?id=3377
The associated description refers to the case as having a triangular cross section and with a case size of 6.5mm at this time of year. My larva's case had a very noticeable triangular cross section and the case alone was 6mm+ long.
