| | Re: Caterpillar like a twig for ID please What a good idea! Next time I find this caterpillar (took three off during the past two days) I will take a picture. I also wanted to know how to get rid of them as they are eating my new leaves! Hope I find one soon for you. I do know they are slim and bright green and not very long but will do more research. Thanks for taking the time to reply. F.I.T.G. |

If we find out out what they are then you could move them to another host plant in the garden where they will either turn into lovely moths or the birds will take them for their young in the spring this is why I never remove any from my plants outside.. |

| | Re: Caterpillar like a twig for ID please ....and neither do I. I don't like to put them outside now as it is so very cold but until I can identify them (which is down to me taking a picture for identification) I can only put one or two of my lemon tree leaves into a ventilated bag and hang them in the garage and keep watch to see what happens. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
