The second is a Buff Ermine; what colour was the head on the first? Do you have any more shots? It could be a Buff Ermine as well, but the markings are a little "odd".

Yeah, I think it is a Buff Ermine, just an odd colour scheme - they are quite variable. It's possible it's just shed it's skin, and may not have fully "coloured up".
