| | | Unknown eggs on marginal plants Hello!
Can anyone help me identify any of the eggs/larvae (?) below? The first one was on amphibious bistort and the last one on reed sweet-grass. Can't remember what the middle one was! Taken early in July.
I'd appreciate any help - thanks! |

1. I could be wrong but I seem to remember there being a chrysomelid that eats amphibious bistort - the eggs certainly look chrysomelid-like. I'll get back to you on this one if no one else comes up with anything better.
2. Looks like the empty pupal case of a chrysomelid or even a ladybird
3. Spider egg sacs? Maybe a Tetragnatha sp? - might be worth posting in the spider subforum. |
