| | | Identify 'bat poo' larvae Can anyone please help me identify larvae found eating dock leaves on a broadleaved woodland ride in Herefordshire. They were about the same size, shape and colour as bat poo - approx. 4 mm long and black. 6 legs on thorax and clearly segmented. The dock leaves were swarming with them and some of the plants had been almost demolished. |
