| | | Painted Lady Caterpillar? We found several of these today. I think they could be caterpillars from the recent Painted Ladies that arrived about a month ago. What do others think?

Have loads in the garden at present feeding and tenting on Echinops .Cant wait until all the British lot hatch!Should be a spectacular sight I would imagine.

The shot (Combined 2 images) below is the space of a few days apart! Reading up on Painted Ladies the turnaround from egg to adult is bloomin fast..one month.
Inset Caterpillar would be the same "age " as Jules saw in her photo,combined with what they look like in my garden today a few days later!!!!
