I was just interested if anyone knew whnat these eggs may grow up to be?
Found on the underside of a Clematis leaf.

I'm no expert but they look like green shield bug eggs to me. I read somewhere that they like to lay in multiples of 14 and you appear to have 28 so that also makes sense.
Another more experienced person may be able to confirm this for you. |

| | | Re: Round green eggs on Clematis Thanks, sounds a likely candidate as we have had quite a few around the Garden recently. A brood hatched out on a Marguerite daisy on Saturday, they are cute when there little!
