Caterpillar Identification

Hi all,
benn a while since I posted on here.
Anyways I noticed these guys munching on my garlic chives tonight. Sorry the pics are dark i tried using a flash but too much reflection and blurriness.

Does anyone recognise them?

Hi Modey - I can't really be positive but your images look like what I have lots of in the garden at the mo' and active at night - a Lesser Yellow Underwing- Noctua comes one of the Noctuidae.

I take my moth and larvae photo's usually at night where I find them, I use a bit of greese proof paper over the flash fixed in place with blue tac to help difuse the flash. It isn't perfect but it really does help.

I did some googling on it and looks very much like it. Thanks also for the tip about flash sadly I had no grease paper but used some cut up carrier bag and layered it on the flash to get alot better result.
