| | | Pupa ID again I'm new to this site and confess I haven't gone through all the old threads and galleries so am probably going over old ground. I found you when I Googled to try and identify some pupae. I'm clearing out compost that was in a pot all last season and overwinter. I'm finding a lot of small orange cocoons, a bit over 1mm in diameter and 3-4mm long. I assume they are a fly but am having difficulty finding a reference to identify them from. Any guidance appreciated. |

| | | Re: Pupa ID again I was posting this on someone else's behalf and they no longer have the pupae or a photo but was hoping someone could suggest a resource they could look at.
