Next copy (CTRL+C) the BB code which you will find under the image.
Then paste (CTRL+V) into the thread on the forum.
Gill isn't here this evening so hopefully I have given you the correct means of getting your image where you want it.

It is an Elephant Hawkmoth Caterpillar.
