Braved the frost and went for a wander round the rather small garden and noticed these ONTOP of a spider nest/caterpillar cocoon on the windowframe of the shed.
They're about 3/4 mm in size and there was about 100 of them (ish).
I had a carefull poke in the nest/cocoon with a paintbrush but nothing moved and I don't want to destroy it.
The shape is whats puzzling me...never seen any eggs like it before.
P.S The flat section of 'eggs' are all pointing outwards
Any Ideas ??
