| |  [ID] Larvae, help please
Hi all,
I'm very new to all this but I have been getting into Macro photography and would appreciate some help with the ID of this Larvae (I think  ).

Its from a type of Diptera (fly). As Jason says location will help. |

Well this was found next to the fireplace in the living room, there dont seem to be any others but I was wondering whether the cat might have brought it in?
The fireplace hasn't been used yet since last winter just in case you thought it might be fire retardent :-) |

Has anything fallen down the chimny like a bird? possibly has come off the cat. Are there any dead animals near the house? |

The chimney apped, the fire is an ornemental electric one. I have pulled it out to check and there wasn't anything dead behind it (Could be lodged further up I guess.
No foul smells and no dead things found (Yet, muhahahaha) | | |
