Caterpillar ID Please

Please can anyone ID this caterpillar. I found it on the South Downs near Brighton last week and it's been puzzling me since.

Yellow Bear Moth perhaps?

Do you get Yellow bear moths in the UK? I thought they were American?

I would say its a muslin moth, due to the shot from the front it makes it look like its got denser hair which is misleading.

How about Buff Ermine Moth as another (UK) possibility?

Possibly although a buff ermine is a little darker than the one in the photo, its a funny angled photo to ID from.

For future reference, its best to put images for ID in the "Archive" not the "Gallery".
