caterpillar ID?
it was found today in my garden by the kids,

they REALLY want to know what kind of butterfly/moth it's going to turn in to...

can't confirm from the pics but i think i can see a white stripe in there. as the foodplant was honeysuckle I'd say take a look at Early grey moth.

from googleing and the amount of moths we had like them last year, i think it could well be!

If it's any help? The larvae that move in 'loops' (having legs at both ends) is a Geometridae family, and if they 'trundle' along (having several sets of legs so move continuously) they are usually a Noctuid family. These are moths of course.
