Urgent Caterpillar Help

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me. A caterpillar came in the window of my car and I have no idea what it is so dont know what to feed it. It is green with black 'v' shapes down its back. It has a brown shiny head, 3 front feeler feet and 5 back feet with the last two spaced more apart.

Hi Hamish, it could be an Angleshades caterpillar. We had loads of these last December/ January in the garden (if they are angleshades) and I would just release it into it into the garden.

To upload a photo for this thread, go to the "Archive" section at the top of the Gallery page and click, you can upload it into forum images then you will taken step by step through the process. Then when its uploaded an image code will be under your image, which you can copy and paste into this thread and your photo should show up here. Good luck
