I have a group of caterpillars on a wild rose bush which I cannot identify. Can anyone help please?I don't seem to be able to add the photograph of them! They are greenish with little spots along the sides.

Hi dodo A warm welcome new member! Where do you think your going wrong? Have you been into the Gallery section and clicked on upload? If yes have you browsed through the photos you want to upload and submitted? I had this problem not long back when i tried i'm new to PC's but lots of members came to my aid, so if your still having troubles post me on the PMs icon and i'll run you through it. P.s since your new and perhaps not familiar with the forum, theres an insect board where you can post your caterpiller pics in if you want feedback on identification. All the best-Jez.  |

I think aeshna is right. These are most likely Rose sawfly  |
