Hi all. I found a few eggs on an indoor spider plant. Could they be the eggs of a shield bug? They are quite beautiful when viewed under a magnifying glass and appear to be tiny "pods". Does anyone know what they are? The link to the photo is below (hope it works!)

Hello Christina, they do look like shield bug eggs of some sort going by previous posts that had very similar looking pics, it does however, appear that your eggs have already been vacated!? I think they are usually bright green to begin with  |

Thank you Pigeon Feather for your ID, does this mean I have a conservatory full of greenshield bugs now lol. oops, hope they dont eat all my plants. |

Thank you Elmodiddly for the confirmation...a conservatory full of shield bugs now lol...but I did see a really cute baby shield bug outside in the garden yesterday so perhaps he preferred the fresh air and his kin will follow... Thanks again. | | |
