| | | Mulien caterpillar Hi I have a Mullien Caterpillar on my budliau been there for about 2 weeks and getting bigger munching away at the leaves, how long is the life cycle off the caterpillar before it changes. can anyone answer this for me. Barquar |

| | | Re: Mulien caterpillar I was always told they are at the larva stage from may to july then form an underground cocoon in which to pupate, and that stage can last up to 4 years!

I have watched him grow into a fair size but now he has gone no sighn off him. he has perhaps gone off to go into his next stage.I shall miss looking for him each morning lets hope he developes into the Mullien moth eventually.
