| | | Re: Define none essential flights hmm, yes I think he was only jetsetting a lot last year because of a new law that has now put restrictions on access on the apron at the ariport or something. He got some lovely piccies though!
I don't think there is an easy answer to reducing non-essential flights without taking away people's rights - except perhaps making local holidays more appealing, but even then I would still love to visit Austrailia just to witness the unique characteristics!
I think with all the modern telecommunication technology we have now, a non-essential flight would be for a bussiness conference or meeting. The type of flight where you return the same day. |

| I think you are right Mitty, there is no easy answer, not when economies and global companies depend upon us flying & running cars.
Don't feel guilty about taking your trip to Aus' if you get the chance either, which after all will probably be a once in a lifetime trip, not when the politicians and other global warming campaigners are jetting all over the world to hold meetings about cutting down on co2 emissions. |

| | | Re: Define none essential flights I think Windows are experts on none essential flights. According to their latest Windows 7 adds, a completely pointless flight to some far flung destination in order for someone to test it, is glorified.
Why is there so much contradiction? | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
