| | | Uist Hedgehogs - no more killing The RSPCA announced a couple of weeks that they no longer endorse the killing of the Hedgehogs on North Uist, and that it has been proved that they can safely be moved to an Animal Sanctury prior to release on the mainland. That's WHY I'm a member of Advocates for Animals ....well, with results like THAT |

And as per usual it took the RSPCA long enough to recognise the cruelty! It really does make you wonder why the RSPCA exist as an animal welfare charity. |

| | | Re: Uist Hedgehogs - no more killing I'm all for the removal of Hedgehogs from Uist, but I'm surprised that the RSPCA could actually be bothered to make a comment about wildlife, particularly in what they must view as a far flung corner of the British Isles.
Cheers,

Cheers,
Adam | Makes them look as though they are actually doing something.

P.S. I don't dispute the removal, I dispute the necessity of slaughter, as do most animal welfare organisations. |
