They lost one of their polytunnels to these wrteched things - fire brigade found the remnants etc..
If kids can't swim in rivers any more, what Health and Safety inspector thought these things were safe?

The world is mad. | I can only agree, but the problem lies in the fact that they can be legally sold (at least 2 outlets in my small town), and once sold to private individuals, H&S is out of the frame. A ban on sales is the solution.
