Has everyone heard about this? The Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife trust only has till 8th December to raise the funds to buy land and save it from developers. Please have a quick look at the link and the box highlighting the Moor Copse appeal. It's a race against time, as they say!
Actually, here's a more direct link: | Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildllife Trust |
(If you do donate online, you have to type in BBWOT, I found.) |

This always happens when the nature conservation bodies are interested in buying land the price suddenly rockets because the landowner knows they cant go elsewhere.

Moor Copse Appeal
We have reached our target and now have enough support to not only buy the land, but to begin restoring it for the benefit of all wildlife there.
Thank you to everyone who helped the appeal - your generosity has exceeded all our hopes! | Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildllife Trust | |
