We(the public) get to vote who we think in our region should get that lottery funding.

Im always a tad scepticle about the whole "givin money for good causes" . Doesnt that mean, that they have say over what happens, after the money has been donated. Im particularly sceptical, when it comes to green or environmental issues. The goverment have decimated so much of our green and pleasent land, im surprised they have the gaul to ask for money for "good green causes"
