| | | Welsh debate TB Eradication Order Badger Cull Only applies if you live in Wales for now. The WAG will not accept any responses from England
If the Order is approved in the debate which will take place from 4 November (date not firmly fixed yet) then legally Welsh government officials will be able to kill badgers anywhere in Wales should they choose. Starting with North Pembrokeshire.
If you object to this please go to this website: Pembrokeshire against the Cull
for help - you can either write to your own AM, or send a block email to all of them asap!
Many thanks! |

Many thanks! | Yes - Welsh WAB members should contact their Assembly members over this. The proposal to cull is based on a perverse interepretation of the available science and the whole process so far is subject to a major 'democratic deficit'. One point though, the site linked above has lots of information but encourages people to write to all Assembly members; instead I'd suggest it's far more effective to write a personalised letter/email only to those AMs who represent the writer's local Consituency or electoral region. WABers can find this out by going to the National Assembly website - all AMs have email and each elector will have one constituency and five(?) regional AMs.
