Please support you local wildlife rescue centre during this worrying recession.
Our donations have dropped by 30% so far this year & unlike some of the larger charities, smaller ones like ours & people who take in wildlife on a small scale do not have financial reserves to fall back on.
We have less than 3 months running costs in reserve which we are now having to dip into which is extremely worrying.
Many, many people who are doing their best to care for the sick, injured & orphaned wildlife in the UK are going to find it harder & harder to carry on over the coming months.
Please find your nearest wildlife carer & give them all the support that you can otherwise our wildlife is going to suffer because this recession too.

Very good reminder for everyone. Wildlife rescue organizations do so much with such little funding and these times have got to be tough. I have had to take animals into them thanks to my cats, and send them small donations when I can. A little bit goes further than one thinks.
