Well done Robin -yet another reason not to visit or be selective about our holiday destination.
Email sent, with additional disgusted of Diggle note.
There are some places which are redressing this balance though - the greek island of Tilos actually bans hunters and has set up a conservation project, including for Bonellis eagles and Eleonoras falcon, which has resulted in increased breeding population - the birds, not the islanders as far as I know.
Its been and is a long battle though, as the greeks like their hunting too.
