hi i love alll animals and today i find out they may lift the whaling ban, the IWC are holdong a secret meeting behind closed doors to decide this.

please go to Stop Whaling - International Fund for Animal Welfare click TAKE ACTION.

whales, one of the largest creatures, taking over an hour to die, suffer a horriffic and prolonged death.

Only now seen this, but I might just have got my petition letter away in time.

I find it quite appalling in this day and age that we still have to put up with governmental and institutional bodies even considering whale hunting.

I wish you every success in your attempt to spread the word.

This, and the commercial shark fishing of fins for the far eastern trade is quite beyond belief.
If you have ever witnessed footage of sharks being de-finned & tailed, and then thrown back in to die a long lingering death, unable to move or feed, you would be truly horrified.
The numbers of sharks being slaughtered in this manner is absolutely staggering. Most experts believe that many species of sharks will be wiped out in the not too distant future if this barbaric practice is allowed to continue.

i know about shark finning, i saw a program, its so evil !
millions are being killed each year.
