| | | Re: Banded Demoiselle Survey Willow, my latest sighting update, along one mile of river, is about 20 males, 5 females. And not one last year! Will think of emailing them to see if any other species would need surveying? |

| | | Re: Banded Demoiselle Survey Carl - that's great news about your local Banded Demoiselles! That's a great idea about emailing...I also saw, when I was doing a bit of nosing around on the BRC website, that they've got a brilliant page that lists (with really useful links), all the other organsations doing surveys...plants, mammals, frogs, reptiles etc...What a great resource! http://www.brc.ac.uk/recording_schemes.asp
I'm going to be surfing all those websites for hours....well, I would be if I didn't have to go and do some work now |

| | | Re: Banded Demoiselle Survey Hiya All
Got plenty down here at Lower Woods Reserve in South Glos. Tried to take pictures last week but hornets were pouncing on them. I saw at least three taken by them in just a few minutes. The hornets were not to approachable so I had to back off. |

| | | Re: Banded Demoiselle Survey Walked along the towpath of The Shropshire Union Canal between Audlem and Calveley about three weeks back and noticed a lot of these about. I must have seen at least 20 males and a similar number of females. |
