Yep, got this through email from the RSPB this morning and sent mine off straight away.
Not that I think it will do much good. Ruth Kelly is one of the biggest idiots in that ship of fools known as the house of commons and pointing out the blindingly obvious to her was not very effective when she was Education Minister.

It's adding a session id to the url (the bit after the '?') and the session is timing out. At the moment you can get to it from the RSPB homepage at The RSPB
Or this link might get you straight there: biofuelsaction
It's working at the moment but I think it might be the same link that Dogghound posted originally...
