This is happening only a couple of miles from where I live and this is ment to be the 21st century This has actualy really pi**ed me off; how can a country like Britain build this now when we have plans to build wind farms. This will cause so much damage to the whole world and there are some very important wildlife areas where this is going to be built. There are a few RSPB reserves and local wildlife areas which will no doubt be affected by the millions of tonnes of CO2 being produced.

It does seem a bit odd that though the government are keen to show they are for the more environmental methods for producing power, they have allowed it to be built.
It is a shame though It doesnt just affect the wildlife but us in the longer term as well

Im not overly happy either as its on my doorstep too...although they claim it will use up to date carbon capture technology its still a step back wards.

On a similar note though...actually...ill start a new thread dont want to hijack this one...
