| | | Recycle your phone bill into a tree! BT currently have a campaign alongside the Woodland Trust. For every customer signing up on paperfree billing, they will plant a native tree.
Well worth looking at to increase the declining native woods in this country. Visit http://www.bt.com with your telephone number and account number (Top left of the front page) to sign up.

| | | Re: Recycle your phone bill into a tree! I have chosen not to have a paper bill for at least 2 years. Unfortunately when I signed up they didn't offer a tree. At least I must have saved a branch or two in the meantime.

| | | Re: Recycle your phone bill into a tree! I got a nice recycled woodland trust pen and pad when we were given the marketing pack for this campaign. I'm not normally one for shoving promotions at people, but I know this one is close to a number of our hearts! |

| | | Re: Recycle your phone bill into a tree! Done and dusted, thanks for drawing attention to it.
Am fully retiring at end of FY and just taken about 100kg of paper to recycling skip. Only another 800 or 900kg to go! And that's after about 10 years of trying to go paperless. Being in the construction industry, I tried to float the idea of going back to clay tablets carried in cleft sticks. By the time you got permission to build, you would have enough material to build the house or whatever...also working on papier-mache as internal lining instead of plaster.

| | | Re: Recycle your phone bill into a tree! Chris, thanks for that - We do receive bonuses on numbers of Ebilled customers who register after phoning in - but I'd rather get the message out to people with a vested interest in the woodland side!
