| | | brown argus m or f ? I think this is a Brown Argus but I can't decide if it is male or female - a more experienced eye would be welcome.
What characteristics of the underwing should I be looking for?
(Windy and overcast when this was taken - the little beauty didn't open its wings except to fly off).

I have to review what I learned again, but this might be useful:
I don't think the lune thing applies so well to the underside, but that abdomen is sticking out a bit. And overall paler colour (quite blueish) and less obvious marking. Angle of forewing quite narrow.
Male Brown Argus - 73 % sure. LOL
