Is this a Duke of Burgundy?

I photographed this on 30th April in Thurlbear Woods, Somerset, a chalk woodland with apparently 29 species of butterfly including DoBs. Is this one of them?

Congrats- yes it is one + it's one of our scarcest butterflies. Nice find + good photo.
