Found these around Bookham Common yesterday, I think they are a Comma and a Brimstone from looking in the Gallery. Only saw 3 butterflies all day, but was lucky enough to get pictures of these two   |

You're right Za (haven't seen you post here for a while!  ) you have a Comma + a male Brimstone.
I also saw a Comma in a small park in west London yesterday. |

Cheers Jules, I tend to hibernate in winter and just come in to read the posts, I`m pretty much a fair weather person nowadays, must be getting old :-)

Last Thursday 9th saw a Peacock on allotments.
