I was eating in a canteen this morning a stone's throw from Oxford Circus when I watched this Peacock fluttering about the outside of the window for about 5 minutes. The warmth outside must have stirred it from hibernation.

I had a very sad looking Peacock on the patio this morning, the cat was getting interested in it so I put it on some ivy (the Peacock, not the cat ). Also on the ivy were a Red Admiral and a Speckled Wood.

I still haven't seen one since 10th October. Told you it would be my last this year.
