I went to Strumshaw Fen in the Norfolk Broads last weekend + hoped to see the English form ssp. britannicus which is a bit darker than yours, but sadly the weather was decidedly autumnal + not many insects showed! I have seen both forms many times in the past- always a delight to see. Thanks for sharing! |

Take care, Jason  | Thanks,I took over 40 photographs of this one, because it continually flutters its wings it was impossible to focus on a full back. I presume it does this because of it's weight it ain't temperature because it was well over 34 degrees
