The information as to when the image was taken, and other technical details, is 'buried' in the image. It's what's called 'EXIF' data. You can get free browser 'plugins' or 'addons' which display this data - which is how I found out about your image. The EXIF doesn't state what the user had for lunch though - I must admit I made that bit up!
