Blue Butterfly Uncertanty

Getting confused with Common and Adonis Blues (should be able to do this by now ).

A. Assumed this was a Common male but the black fill in the centre tear drop white is missing looking a bit like an adonis (comparing to the UK Butterflies reference shots)

C Assuming this is a slightly tatty female common

All look like Common Blues to me. The first image doesn't show the cross lines on the margin that are on Adonis Blue.

Yes I agree with you Ian, no checkering on the white border,so pointing to Common Blue,and as you say showing signs of wear and tear.
