Little Blue??
I took this photo today when searching for Little Blue (Cupido minimus). I found many but this one puzzles me for its blue upperside.





Can anyone please advise?

Hi Peter

Maybe the others were females?,but this is a male Small Blue.

Thanks Jason. The reason I posed this is the illustrations in my Collins Field guide show the upper surfaces to be brown for both sexes. The male having blue bristles on the inner wing margins, close to the body.
