| | | F W Frohawk Has anyone here ever looked at Frohawk's book A Natural History of British Butterflies? i'm curious as to what anyone here thinks of it
i'm very interested in one day getting a copy although its very expensive, i've seen a few available online
was 1914 the original date of the first edition? the ones available mostly seem from 1924
thanks |

| | | Re: F W Frohawk I saw a very battered copy in Birmingham University library (or possibly Keele Uni) a few years ago whilst doing my thesis. I've referenced it as 1913 published by Hutchinson and Co. Nice book. Wish I had a copy too. I see from my bibliography that I also referred to volume 2 of the 1924 edition, implying that the 1913 one was 1 volume only.
