first Orange tips for me yesterday in the garden also a blue of some kind flittered in for a brief moment 17/4/10. Also numerous small tortoiseshells along the river Severn!

Saw my first Orange Tips today locally in west London as well as 3 Brimstones, Small + GV Whites, several Speckled Woods (new for year), a Small Tortoiseshell, several Commas + lots of Peacocks. |

I saw my first Orange Tip of the year yesterday, at Pulpit Hill in the Buckinghamshire part of the Chilterns, then two more today a few miles north of Hemel Hempstead. |
