There was a Peacock sluggishly exploring the garden today. It has rained heavily here and is windy but feels very mild for the time of year. I wonder if the mild weather made it active? |

I have just released a butterfly which I found sitting on the blind in my bedroom!
Have no idea how it managed to get in, or how long it has been in the house, but as far as I could identify it from the Gallery it was a Wall Brown.
It was alive and well and flew off quite happily, although I'm not sure how long it will manage to survive.  |

Sorry Jason, unfortunately I dont have a very good camera and I dont think it would have come out very well, but i've checked again and I was looking at the wrong heading, it was actualy a small tortoiseshell
