Had my first small copper today. The first for three years I think? Rossendale/ Lancashire. Anyone have them anywhere else??

I've had a few fresh specimens in our meadow in the past few days, the best count was 5 last Sunday. |

1 chap in the East of Scotland branch of Butterfly Conservation apparently gave up counting at 60 in 1 field ...
seems to have been a great year for certain species in some parts of the country but not others. | | |
