| | | High Brown Fritillary? ID please I found several of these flying around a butterfly plant/bush and after looking around the net I think I may have found some high brown fritillary.
I will be disapointed if wrong as it will confirm my short sightedness and that I am not getting younger
Would someone please confirm or tell me I am wrong .. thanks guys
They are probably not as I am relying on images from the net to ID them could be pearl bordered or green fritillary or silver washed fritillary.. I cannot make up my mind..
Thanks for your help all

| | | Re: High Brown Fritillary? ID please Thank you Cheryl and Guy
I have got several photos of different butterflies but have to admit I really do not know a lot about them.. I am slowly learning as I take the photos I ask the experts in here for ID after I try myself..
I guess it was wishful thinking for them to be High browns
The bush they were on had several other species feeding from it as well including red admirals and Comma (these I do know )
Thank you for the compliments on the photo's I will have to find out how to transfer them to the Gallery now .. I am guessing they are good enough for the Gallery.
